FSSC 22000 is a GFSI-benchmarked food safety system certification scheme owned by Foundation FSSC. Version 6 (published April 2023) integrates ISO 22000:2018, applicable sector PRPs from the ISO/TS 22002 series and Additional FSSC Requirements covering food safety culture, fraud, defence, allergen management, environmental monitoring and more. It is widely adopted by global food brands as a contractual supplier requirement.
