PAS 2080:2023 — Gap Analysis
Carbon Management in Buildings & InfrastructureAbout PAS 2080:2023
PAS 2080:2023 (2nd edition) sets out a globally-applicable framework for managing whole-life carbon in buildings and infrastructure. It was developed by BSI and the Construction Leadership Council, sponsored by Mott MacDonald and others. The 2023 revision expands beyond infrastructure to include buildings, integrates value-engineering with carbon, and provides clear roles for the whole value chain. PAS 2080 is increasingly contractually required by major UK infrastructure clients.
