The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) are UK statutory regulations setting out duties for managing health and safety on construction projects. They replaced CDM 2007 and apply to all UK construction projects, including domestic and minor works. Key roles defined: Client, Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Designer, Contractor and Worker. The regulations integrate competence, planning, coordination and communication of safety throughout the project lifecycle.
