By using the ISO Xpert ISO 45003 Gap Analysis Tool ("the Tool"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
This Tool is the exclusive intellectual property of ISO Xpert Ltd. All rights reserved.
2. Permitted Use
- Internal, non-commercial gap analysis against ISO 45003:2021 guidelines.
- Exporting reports for internal OHS/wellbeing programme records.
- Sharing reports within your organisation.
3. Prohibited Use
- Redistribution, resale or sublicensing.
- Removing or altering copyright notices or ISO Xpert branding.
- Reverse engineering for commercial purposes.
4. Critical Guidelines & Mental Health Disclaimer
This Tool is provided "as is" for informational and self-assessment purposes only. ISO 45003:2021 is a guidelines standard — it does not define requirements for a certifiable management system and there is no ISO 45003 certification scheme. This tool assesses alignment with guidance on managing psychosocial risks within an ISO 45001 OH&S Management System framework.
This tool is not a mental health assessment and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If workers are experiencing mental health difficulties, they should be encouraged to access qualified professional support. The assessment outputs must not be used to evaluate, diagnose or make judgements about individual workers' mental health. Psychosocial risk management decisions should involve qualified occupational health professionals, HR specialists and relevant employee representatives.
5. Relationship with ISO 45001
ISO 45003:2021 is intended to be used within the framework of ISO 45001:2018. It provides additional guidance on the specific aspect of psychological health and safety and does not replace or supersede ISO 45001 requirements.
6. ISO Standards Reference
References to ISO 45003:2021 are for guidance only. The authoritative version must be obtained from ISO or national standards bodies.
7. Limitation of Liability
ISO Xpert Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this Tool.
